بهترين روش اينه كه ابتدا پنير توفو را يك شب در فريزر نگه داريد تا يخ بزنه ، سپس فرداش در هواي اتاق توي آبكش نگه داريد تا يخش وا بره كم كم . سپس يك بشقاب يا قابلمه كمي سنگين رويش قرار بديد تا آب اضافه كاملن خارج بشه . حالا پنير آماده طبخه . توفو را به قطعات مساوي مربعي با چاقو تقسيم كنيد . سپس در يك كاسه بزرگ تر دو قاشق سس سويا كم نمك ، پودر سير و پودر پياز و فلفل رو در كاسه مخلوط مي كنيم و تكه هاي پنير در اين سس بغلتانيد . كف تابه را با روغن نارگيل و فرچه كمي چرب كرده و توفو ها را در تابه چيده به مدت ده دقيقه دو طرف را تفت مي ديم ? توفو خوشمزه شما آمادست ? اين مدل توفو را با انواع سبزيجات و سالاد ها مي تونيد سرو كنيد و ازش لذت ببريد
