روش تهيه پودينگ چيا سيد

دانه هاى جادويى چيا به عنوان سوپر فود در دنيا شناخته شده اند كه علاوه بر خواص غذايى فراوان شامل امگا ٣ ، آهن ، كلسيم داراى ميزان فيبر بسيار بالايى ٥ گرم فقط در يك قاشق غذاخورى مى باشد . .

وقتی دانه های چیا را خیس می کنید تا ۱۲ برابر وزن خود آب جذب می کنند و لعاب دار و ژله ای می شوند.
با توجه به خاصیت سیر کنندگی دانه چیا و به دلیل اینکه کالری آن کم است باعث می شود مواد چاق کننده کمتری وارد بدن شود و نتیجه آن لاغر شدن است.  دانه چیا بعد از تشکیل لایه ژله ای در دور آن با افزایش حجم می تواند حس سیری را در انسان به وجود آورد و جلوی پر خوری را بگیرد.

براى تهيه اين پودينگ خوشمزه به مواد زير نياز داريد: – ٣ ق غ چياسيد
– ٣ ق غ ماست يونانى
– ٢ ق غ انبه يا هر نوع ميوه دلخواه خودتان
– ١ پيمانه شير بادام
– ١ ق چ وانيل
– درصورت دلخواه براى شيرينى بيشتر ١ ق چ عسل
براى تهيه پودينگ همه مواد را با هم حسابى مخلوط كرده در ظرف در بسته ريخته و يك شب در يخچال قرار دهيد . روز بعد اين دسر فوق العاده خوشمزه را نوش جان كنيد و از ما ياد كنيد!?
