دستور تهيه پيتزاي رژيمي سالم

مواد لازم :
گل كلم ٣٤٠ گرم
تخم مرغ ١ عدد
پنير موزارلا كم چرب ٤٠ گرم
پنير پارميزان ١ قاشق غذاخوري
ريحان خشك نصف قاشق
آويشن نصف قاشق
پودر سير نصف قاشق
نمك و فلفل به ميزان دلخواه
ابتدا فر را روي ٢١٠ درجه گرم كنيد و روي سيني فر كاغذ روغني بگذاريد .
سپس گل كلم هاي شسته و خشك را در غذاساز بريزيد و تا جايي كه له نشه خورد و ريز ريز كنيد ? سپس گل كلم هاي ريز شده را به مدت پنج شيش دقيقه در ماكروفر بپزيد تا نرم بشن ? اگر بخار پز مي كنيد بايد مطمئن شيد آب اضافه آن گرفته بشه ? حالا در يك كاسه بزرگ تمامي مواد گفته شده را با هم حسابي مخلوط كنيد و خمير را ورز دهيد تا نرم بشه? حواستون باشه نصف پنير رو واسه روي مواد پيتزا نگه داريد و همش رو براي خمير استفاده نكنيد ? سپس خمير آماده شده را روي سيني فر پهن كرده با ضخامت يكسانت و نيم ? در فر به مدت يك ربع تا بيست دقيقه با حرارت از بالا و پايين بپزيد تا حسابي طلايي بشه ? بعد از آماده شدن بيس پيتزا ، هر مدل سبزيجات و گوشت مورد علاقه مثل قارچ ? فلفل دلمه اي ? گوجه ? تكه هاي مرغ ? را روي خمير آماده قرار دهيد پنير را هم رويش اضافه كنيد با آويشن اضافه و براي ده دقيقه ديگه بپزيد ? پيتزاي خوشمزه و سالم شما آماده ست ??? نوش جان ??
