براى تهيه به مواد زير نياز داريد :
٢ پيمانه جو دوسرپرك
١ پيمانه پوره كدو حلوايى

ق غ شيره خرما/شيره افرا/عسل
٢ ق غ كره بادام زمينى
٢ ق غ پودر تخم كتان يا سبوس گندم يا سبوس جو
١ ق غ دارچين
٣ ق غ كشمش
١ ق چ وانيل

تمام مواد بالا را در ظرف با هم حسابى مخلوط كرده و با دست گلوله هاى كوچكى برداشته به شكل كوكى درآوريد . كف سينى فر را كاغذ روغنى گذاشته و كوكى ها روى سينى بچينيد. با اين ميزان مواد مى توانيد حدود ٢٨ كوكى داشته باشيد. سينى را در فر به مدت ٢٠ تا ٣٠ دقيقه با حرارت چرخشى ١٦٠ درجه از بالا و پايين قرار دهيد تا زمانى كه روى كوكى ها برشته شود. نوش جان
