طرز تهیه کباب تابه ای خوشمزه به روش خودم

برای تهیه من از دستگاه غذاساز استفاده می کنم که در این صورت نیازی به رنده و دستکش و مچ قوی و ورز دادن و له کردن و کوبیدگی ندارد!!! همه را خود غذاساز انجام می ده دستش طلا!!?

من از دو عدد پیاز متوسط استفاده می کنم و در غذاساز ریز ریز می کنم . آب پیاز را نیز نمی گیرم!! سپس ۳۵۰ گرم گوشت چرخکرده را پیازها اضافه کردم . در این مرحل نمک و فلفل و پاپریکا را اضافه می کنیم . .

لطفا فراموش نشود عضو اصلی همه غذاهای من همان زعفران عزیز دم کرده را فراموش نکنید!!?? باور بفرمایید کباب تابه ای با زعفران عطر و طعم دیگری دارد و بوی گوشت را نیز می گیرد!

در آخر برای ۶ دقیقه حسابی مواد را با غذاساز ورز می دهیم تا چسبندگی فراوانی داشته باشد . برای اطمینان از وا نرفتن کباب به مدت نیم تا یک ساعت در یخچال قرار دهید.

سپس گوشت را بدون افزودن روغن اضافه کف تابه بزرگی پهن می کنیم و روی حرارت ملایم قرار می دهیم . کمی که خودش را گرفت کباب ها را تقسیم کرده و به آن سماق فراوان بزنید. در این مرحله کباب خودش کلی آب می اندازد و در همان پخته می شود و نیاز به افزودن روغن اضافی نیست.

در مرحله بعد دو‌ ق غ رب و یا آب گوجه را با آب و زعفران و نمک و‌فلفل و آبلیمو مخلوط کنید و‌سس رقیقی تهیه کنید و‌روی کباب ها بریزید .
گوجه و فلفل دلمه ای به تعداد دلخواه خودتان خرد کرده و در کنار کباب ها قرار دهید تا مزه ی آن به خوردش برود . در تابه را برای نیم ساعت بسته و فقط یک بار کباب ها را برگردانید و تمام !
