روش پخت کرکر

مواد لازم :
مغز آفتابگردان ١/٢ پيمانه
تخم كدو ١/٢ پيمانه
كنجد ١/٤ پيمانه
تخم كتان ١/٤ پيمانه
چيا سيد ١/٤ پيمانه
جو دو سر ١ پيمانه
نمك دريا به ميزان دلخواه
پودر سير نصف ق چ 
روغن نارگيل ١ ق غ
وانيل كمي
آب ١ پيمانه
. 
روش تهيه بسيار سادست ? ابتدا تمام مواد خشك را با هم حسابي تركيب كرده در آخر آب را اضافه كنيد و با دست قشنگ ورز بدين تا حالت خميري پيدا كنه ? اگر ديدن خمير زيادي سفته يكي دو قاشق ديگه بهش آب اضافه كنيد تا بافت بهتري داشته باشه . سپس خمير رو يك ربع تا نيم ساعت كنار بذاريد تا استراحت كنه ? سپس خمير را روي يك ورقه كاغذ روغني با وردنه باز كنيد تا جايي كه امكان داره نازك باشه ولي بافتش از هم نپاشه ? ? فر را از قبل روي ١٧٠ درجه گرم كنيد و سيني فر را به مدت نيم ساعت تا چهل دقيقه در فر قرار دهيد ? سپس سيني را بيرون آورده و كركر ها را به شكل دلخواه خرد كرده و دوباره به مدت يك ربع تا بيست دقيقه در فر قرار دهيد ? فقط هواستون باشه نسوزه چون بستگي به حرارت فر داره ☝️ سپس كركر خوشمزه شما آمادست ?

پ. ن ١ : اگر چنانچه هر كدام از مغز هاي خوراكي گفته شده را در دسترس نداشتين اشكالي نداره مي توانيد از ساير مغز ها به عنوان جايگزين استفاده كنيد ?

پ.ن ٢ : طبق محاسبات من با اين مواد مي شه ٢٠ تا كركر درست كرد كه كالري هر كدام ٧٥ مي باشد . 

 

How to make Healthy Homemade Gluten Free/Dairy Free Crackers ???
Ingredients : 
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Pumpkin seeds
¼ cup Sesame seeds
¼ cup Linseed / flaxseed
¼ cup Chia seeds
1 Cup Rolled Oats
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 cup Water

Directions :

Heat oven to 170C. Place all the seeds and the salt in a bowl, pour in water and mix to combine. Leave for 15 minutes for the chia and flax seeds to soften and bind everything together.
Tip out on to a baking paper-lined oven tray and spread out as thin as possible (around 4mm thick) and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and slice into crackers, then return to the oven to cook for another 20-30 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove to a rack to cool then store in an airtight container.
