روش تهیه یک سالاد سالم کینوا

برای تهیه سالاد کینوا ساده و خوشمزه به مواد زیر نیاز دارید :
خیار ۱/۲ پیمانه
گوجه فرنگی ۱ عدد یا گوجه گیلاسی رنگی
گردو ۱/۴ پیمانه
کرنبری یا کشمش ۱/۴ پیمانه
کینوای پخته ۱/۲ پیمانه
اسفناج و کاهو ۲ پیمانه
جوانه در صورت دلخواه
لیموی تازه ۱ عدد
روغن زیتون و نمک و‌فلفل

برای تهیه این سالاد ابتدا کینوا را پخته و اجازه دهید خنک شود. سپس تمام مواد بالا را با هم ترکیب کنید.
برای سس سالاد آب لیموی تازه با یکم سرکه بالزامیک و روغن زیتون و نمک و فلفل مخلوط کرده و با مواد سالاد ترکیب کنید . سالاد خوشمزه و سالم کینوا آماده ست نوش جان!???
