روش تهیه کیک هویج سالم و هلثی

  • برای تهیه به مواد زیر نیاز دارید :
    ۱ پیمانه آرد سبوس‌دار
    ۱ پیمانه جودوسر آسیاب شده
    ۲ ق چ بیکینگ پودر
    ۱ ق چ دارچین
    ۱ ق چ جوزهندی یا زنجبیل(دلخواه)
    ۱ ق چ پودر هل
    ۱/۴ پیمانه روغن نارگیل یا روغن سالم دلخواه
    ۲ عدد تخم مرغ
    ۱ ق چ وانیل
    ۱/۳ پیمانه شیره افرا یا خرما یا عسل
    ۱/۳ پیمانه ماست یونانی یا ایسلندی
    ۱/۳ پیمانه شیر بادام یا معمولی
    ۲ عدد هویج متوسط رنده شده
    ۱/۲ پیمانه کشمش
    .
    .
    مواد روی کیک(دلخواه)
    ۱/۲ پیمانه ماست یونانی یا ایسلندی
    ۱ ق غ عسل یا شیره افرا
    ۱ ق چ وانیل

    .
    روش تهیه این کیک بسیار ساده و‌مشابه با همه کیک های دیگر است. فرمول کلی ابتدا تمام مواد خشک را با هم ترکیب کنید . سپس تمام مواد تر را در ظرفی دیگر حسابی مخلوط کرده و در آخر همه را با هم ترکیب کرده و در اخر هویج و‌کشمش را اضافه کنید .
    کف قالب مورد نظر را کاغذ روغنی گذاشته و مواد کیک را در قالب بریزید و به مدت ۴۰ دقیقه با حرارت ۱۸۰ درجه در فر قرار دهید تا زمانی که کیک کاملا از درون پخته شود.

    در صورت دلخواه برای روی کیک به جای خامه می توانید از روش زیر استفاده کنید :
    طبق رسپی بالا ماست و وانیل و عسل را باهم مخلوط کرده و پس از پخت کیک و خنک شدن ، روی آن ریخته و به مدت نیم ساعت در یخچال قرار دهید ،.
