روش تهيه كه خيلى ساده و سريع مى باشد… تكه هاى مرغ را به همراه انواع سبزيجات دلخواه مانند سيب زمينى ، پياز و سير ، قارچ ، گوجه فرنگى ، كدو به همراه كمى رزمارى ، درون ظرف مخصوص فر قرار داده و مقاديرى نمك و فلفل و زعفران و آب ليمو را به آن اضافه مى كنيم و در ظرف را با فويل بسته به مدت يك ساعت در فر با حرارت ١٨٠ تا ٢٠٠ درجه قرار مى دهيم⌛️ سپس فويل را برداشته به مدت بيست تا سى دقيقه بيشتر در فر قرار مى دهيم تا مرغ و سبزيجات حسابى برشته شود???? نوش جان?
