روش تهیه شیرینی پای سیب به شکل گل رز

برای تهیه این شیرینی که مزه ی پایه سیب را می دهد و به شکل گل رز زیبا و با مزه هست به مواد زیر نیاز دارید :
۱ لایه خمیر هزارلا یا پاف پستری
۲ عدد سیب سرخ
۱ عدد سفیده تخم مرغ
۲ ق غ شیره افرا یا عسل
۱ ق چ دارچین

برای تهیه ابتدا سیب ها را بصورت لایه های نازک و باریک با پوست به روشی که نشان دادم قاچ زده در یک کاسه با آب داغ ۲ تا ۳ دقیقه داخل ماکروفر قرار دهید تا سیب ها نرم و انعطاف پذیر شوند .
سپس یک لایه خمیرهزارلای مربعی را به سه تا مستطیل مساوی تقسیم کنید .

حالا یک عدد سفیده تخم مرغ با شیره افرا یا عسل و دارچین ترکیب کنید و روی هر لایه خمیر بمالید.
حال سیب ها را طبق تصویر‌کنار هم یا روی همدیگر در لبه خمیر قرار داده و لبه دیگر خمیر را روی سیب ها برگردانید. .

حال خمیر را از قسمت افقی لوله کرده تا به شکل گل رز در بیاید ! ? در صورت دلخواه می توانید کمی از مواد دارچینی را روی گل ها نیز با فرچه بمالید.
حال کف قالب را کاغذ روغنی گذاشته هر گل را در یک بخش قالب قرار دهید تا شکل خود را حفظ کند .
سپس رز ها را به مدت ۳۰ تا ۴۰ دقیقه داخل فر با حرارت ۱۶۰ درجه حرارت از بالا و پایین قرار دهید .
شیرینی گل رز زیبای شما آماده ست! اینقدر خوشکله که دلتون نمیاد بخوریدش!??? نوش جان!?
