روش تهیه سس قارچ مخصوص استیک

:برای تهیه سس قارچ مخصوص استیک به مواد زیر نیاز دارید
۲ ق غ روغن زیتون یا کره
۳ ق غ آرد
۱ حبه سیر
۲ و‌نیم پیمانه شیرسرد
۳۰۰ گرم قارچ
نمک و‌فلفل

برای تهیه این سس قارچ لذیذ ابتدا ۱ قاشق روغن زیتون را در قابلمه ریخته و قارچ ها را تفت دهید ( به جای روغن زیتون از کره هم می توانید استفاده کنید!) پس از آماده شدن قارچ ها را از ظرف خارج کرده ، ۱ قاشق دیگر روغن اضافه کرده و یک حبه سیر له شده را یه ذره تفت بدید و سپس ۳ قاشق آرد را اضافه کنید. سپس سریع شیر سرد را به آرد اضافه کنید و مرتب و سریع هم بزنید تا آرد در شیر حل شود( اگر شیر گرم شود دیگر آرد در آن حل نمی شه)

کمی که شیر و آرد غلیظ شد قارچ های تفت داده شده را هم اضافه کنید و نمک و فلفل به اندازه بزنید. سس قارچ خوشمزه و لذیذ شما آماده ست! ??.
