روش تهیه رولت سالم مرغ

براى تهيه اين رولت از ١٥٠ گرم سويا خيس خورده ، ٢٠٠ گرم گوشت سينه مرغ چرخ شده ، سبوس جو دو سر ، يك عدد هويج بزرگ، يك دانه تخم مرغ ، دو عدد سفيده اضافه ، زعفران ، سير ، پياز ، زيره ، فلفل و زردچوبه استفاده كردم . همه مواد را داخل غذاساز مى ريزيم تا حسابى مواد با هم ميكس شود و چسبندگي لازم را پيدا كند . سپس كف قالب مستطيلى را فويل پيچيده نصف مواد را داخل قالب مى ريزيم . در اين مرحله زرشك و گردو به ميزان دلخواه لاى مواد ريخته و باقى مواد را اضافه مى كنيم و كمى با دست فشرده مى كنيم تا حالت رول خود را حفظ كند . در نهايت روى قالب را حسابى فويل پيچى كرده در فر با حرارت ١٨٠ درجه به مدت يك ساعت قرار مى دهيم . سپس قالب را از فر در آورده صبر مى كنيم كمى خنك شود سپس به ظرف مورد نظر منتقل كرده و با چاقو قاچ مى زنيم . رولت مرغ خوشمزه شما آمادست ? نوش جان ?
