روش تهیه دلمه كلم رژیمی

 روش تهيه بسيار آسونه ? مواد زير را حسابي ريز ريز كرده و در يك كاسه با دست كامل ورز بدين تا مواد يكدست شوند :
سينه چرخ شده بوقلمون يا مرغ ٢٥٠ گرم
پياز ١ دانه
كدو ١ 
هويج ١ 
سير ١ حبه
سبوس جو دو سر ٢ ق
تخم مرغ ١
سبزي معطر به ميزان دلخواه
نمك و فلفل و زردچوبه و زعفران
سپس برگ هاي كلم را جدا كرده در آب و سركه دو سه دقيقه مي جوشانيم تا نرم بشه ? سپس كمي از مواد داخل برگ كلم پيچيده و بقچه مي نماييم ? براي سس مواد يك پياز را با سير و رب يا آب گوجه و سبزي معطر كمي تفت دهيد ادويه دلخواه با زعفران زده و يك عالمه هم سركه بزنيد به عنوان چاشني اصلي چون خيلي خوشمزه مي شه ?? دلمه ها را مرتب در ظرف پيركس روي سس چيده و براي روي آن هم كمي سس بريزيد و فويل پيچيده نيم ساعت در فر با حرارت ١٨٠ درجه بپزيد ? دلمه هلثي كلم شما آمادست نوش جان ? كالري بستگي به ميزان مواد داره ولي بصورت تقريبي هر كدام دلمه متوسط ١٨٠ كالري دارد .

* 1 clove garlic
* 1 Zucchini * 1 carrot * 2 tablespoons Oat bran
* 1 egg, beaten

* ¼ teaspoon pepper
For The Cabbage Rolls:
* 1 head of green cabbage
* 2 tablespoons tomato paste
* 1 large Onion
* salt and pepper
* water
