روش تهیه خوراک قارچ با پروتئین

برای تهیه این غذا به یک عدد پیاز ، سیصد گرم قارچ و یک نوع پروتئین دلخواه خودتان نیاز دارید . برای پروتئین می توانید یکی از موارد زیر استفاده کنید :
گوشت چرخکرده
گوشت مرغ یا بوقلمون چرخکرده
ماهی یا میگو خرد شده
توفو‌
تخم مرغ

ابتدا پیاز را تفت دهید سپس یکی از موارد بالا برای پروتئین انتخاب کنید و اضافه کنید. من در این ویدیو از سینه بوقلمون چرخکرده استفاده کردم و با پیازها تفت دادم . برای سس غذا می توانید یکی از موارد زیر را استفاده کنید :
سس گوجه فرنگی
سس سویا
سس چیلی
سس نندوز
رب انار
رب نارنج
رب گوجه

من برای مزه دار کردن غذا از سس پری پری نندوز استفاده کردم . در مرحله آخر قارچ های خردشده را اضافه کنید و تفت دهید و تمام!? اگه دوست داشتید می توانید در آخر کمی پنیر موزارلا و یا فلفل دلمه ای هم به مواد اضافه کنید و مخلوط کنید. .
