روش تهیه جوجه کباب چوبی

برای تهیه این جوجه کباب چوبی به مواد زیر نیاز دارید :
۵۰۰ گرم سینه یا ران مرغ
۱ عدد پیاز
۲ ق غ ماست
آبلیمو
زعفران
نمک و فلفل و پاپریکا

نکته مهم اول اینکه ابتدا می بایست تکه های مرغ را یک اندازه و خوش فرم برش دهید و در مواد بالا به مدت ۲۴ ساعت بخوابانید تا حسابی مزه دار و خوش طعم و نرم شود.
سپس جوجه ها را به سیخ چوبی بزنید و‌ یکی‌در میان فلفل دلمه ای بزنید که خوشمزه تر شود!

برای پخت از دو روش می توانید استفاده کنید . روش راحت تر اینه که کف ماهیتابه را چرب کنید و سیخ ها در آن بچینید و در آن را بسته اجازه دهید مغز پخت شود و در آخر کمی برشته شود.
روش دوم مثل من روی حرارت منقل با ذغال کباب کنید که کمی دنگ‌و فنگش بیشتر هست ولی خوشمزه تر! .

نکته دوم اینکه چنانچه دوست ندارید جوجه کباب خشک شود در مراحل آخر طبخ کمی با فرچه روی آن ترکیب روغن زیتون و زعفران و آب لیمو یا آب نارنج بمالید تا لذیذ تر شود. نوش جان! .
