روش تهیه تهيه نوتلاي خونگي

براي تهيه نوتلاي خونگي به مواد زير احتياج داريد :
فندق تازه پانصد گرم
شكلات تلخ نود درصد پنجاه گرم
وانيل يك ق چ
پودر كاكائو خالص دو ق ق
ابتدا فر را روي حرارت دويست درجه گرم مي كنيم و فندق ها را روي سيني فر مرتب در يك لايه قرار داده و به مدت يك ربع تا بيست دقيقه قرار مي دهيم تا هم فندق ها گرم و بو داده شود و هم اينكه پوست رويي راحتر جدا شود. سپس فندق ها را روي دستمال آشپزخانه قرار مي دهيم كمي كه خنك شد با دست به راحتي پوستشان را جدا مي كنيم . اگه كمي هم پوست بهش مونده باشه ايرادي نداره خيلي سخت نگيريد . حالا فندق هاي آماده را داخل غذاساز ريخته و با سرعت بالا ميكس مي كنيم . بعد از پنج شيش دقيقه كره فندق حاصل مي شه ?? در اين مرحله شكلات تلخ را روي بخار آب كرده و با دو قاشق پودر كاكائو و وانيل به مواد اضافه مي كنيم و دوباره پنج دقيقه ميكس مي كنيم .نوتلا خوشمزه شما آمادست ? نوش جان ?

پ.ن ١ : مي توانيد به دلخواه فقط از پودر كاكائو و يا فقط از شكلات تلخ استفاده كنيد . اگر شيريني بيشتري دوست داريد بهش عسل اضافه كنيد . نوتلا خانگي را در ظرف در بسته چندين هفته مي توانيد نگه داريد و كم كم نوش جان كنيد .
