روش تهیه بادمجون شکم

ابتدا بادمجون ها رو شسته و از وسط نصف کرده و روی سینی فر بچینید . کمی نمک و فلفل و پاپریکا روی بادمجون ها ریخته و با کمی اسپری روغن چرب کنید و نیم ساعت با حرارت ۱۸۰ درجه در فر قرار دهید تا کمی نرم شوند. .

من بادمجون ها را با پوست گذاشتم که وقتی نرم شد له نشود و شکل خودش رو از دست نده ولی اگه دوست دارید می توانید پوستش رو بکنید! همچنین اگر فر ندارید می توانید سرخ کنید که دیگه رژیمی نخواهد بود!?

پس از خارج کردن بادمجون ها از فر داخل شکم آنها را با قاشق خالی کنید و مواد داخل را برای تهیه سس کنار بگذارید!

برای مواد داخل شکم بادمجان من مایع ماکارونی بدون رب درست کردم با گوشت چرخکرده و قارچ و فلفل دلمه ای! چون سس غذا خودش رب داره به همین علت به مواد داخلش دیگه رب نزدم!

برای تهیه سس غذا یک عدد پیاز را ریز رنده کرده با دو حبه سیر ریز تفت داده ، یک قاشق رب و زعفران و نمک و فلفل و مواد داخل شکم بادمجون را اضافه می کنیم و اجازه می دهیم بپزد و کمی له می کنیم تا بصورت پوره در بیاید.

کف ظرف پیرکس مخصوص سرو غذا، سسی که مرحله قبل تهیه کردیم ریخته ، داخل شکم بادمجون مواد گوشتی ریخته ، یکمی پنیر موزارلا روی آنها اضافه کرده و به ترتیب بادمجون ها را کف ظرف می چینیم . .

بادمجون ها را به مدت ۴۵ دقیقه در فر با حرارت ۱۸۰ درجه قرار می دهیم .
