براى تهيه ابتدا سه يا چهار قاشق جو دو سر پرك را به همراه شير بادام يا شير كم چرب و زعفران و گلاب روى حرارت يا ماكروفر قرار مى دهيم? پس از چند دقيقه هم زده و از روى حرارت برداشته و اجازه مى دهيم خنك شود و جا بيوفتد! براى شيرين كردن اوتميل زعفرانى از كمى عسل ? استفاده كنيد و رويش مقاديرى بادام و دارچين بريزيد و از اين وعده غذايى سالم خوشمزه رژيمى لذت ببريد! ??
