روش تهیه اسنك خرما و ناتس

اين هم دستور اسنك خرما و ناتس هستش كه خيلي قوي و خوشمزس جلوي اشتها رو مي گيره اصلا شكر يا روغن نا سالم هم نداره هوس شيريني رو هم برطرف مي كنه ? خيلي آسونه خرما با هر مدل آجيل و پودر نارگيل و ارده اگه سفت بود كمي شير بادام با هم توي غذاساز مخلوط كرده با دست گردالي درست مي كنيم و توي پودر نارگيل مي غلتانيم ? به همين آسوني

 

How to make Date nut balls ( Healthy snack)
1 cup dates
1/2 cup mixed nuts(almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts)
1/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Coconut powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until they become a smooth consistency. If needed add a drop of milk to help loosen and soften the dates.
2- With your hands, roll the mixture into balls of your preferred size.
3- Take small portions and roll them to balls.
4- You can roll them in desiccated coconut to give a special look and taste.
