روش تهيه يك سالاد سالم و خوشمزه و كم كالرى

براى تهيه اين سالاد به مواد زير نياز داريد :
١ پيمانه لوبياسبز تازه
نصف پيمانه گوجه گيلاسى يا گوجه معمولى خرد شده
١/٣ پيمانه گردو
١/٣ پيمانه پنير فتا

براى سس سالاد:
٣ ق غ روغن زيتون
٣ ق غ آب دو سه عدد ليموى تازه
٣ ق غ سركه بالزاميك
نمك و فلفل و پودر سير

ابتدا لوبيا سبزهاى تازه را شسته و پاك كرده ، سپس به روشى كه در  #فلورا_بلانچ آموزش داده ام ، لوبياها را بلانچ كنيد كه كمى نرم شوند ولى له نباشد و حالت ترد خود را حفظ كند.
سپس سس سالاد را با موادى كه در بالا ذكر شد تهيه كنيد و سس را با لوبياها تركيب كنيد و اجازه دهيد يكى دوساعت به خورد هم روند!?
در آخر گوجه و پنير و گردو را نيز به سالاد اضافه كنيد، نوش جان!???
