ابتدا كدوحلوايى را مانند تصوير با چاقو نصف كنيد.سپس با قاشق هسته ها را خارج كنيد.
روى سينى فر كاغذ روغنى قرار داده و كدو را به سمت بالا روى سينى بگذاريد و به مدت كمتر از يك ساعت با دماى ١٨٠ درجه در فر قراردهيد تا زمانى كه روى كدو كاملن برشته و پخته شد.
سپس اجازه دهيد تا كدو خنك شود . پس از پخت، پوست آن را به راحتى و سرعت بدون دردسر كنده مى شود.
حال كدوى پخته را با گوشت كوب برقى يا بلندر حسابى له كنيد. پوره خوشمزه شما آمادست!

براى استفاده از پوره كنار غذا يا دسر مى توانيد به آن روغن زيتون ، دارچين ، زعفران يا فلفل اضافه كنيد و از طعمش لذت ببريد. .
