روش تهيه هويج رُست شده يا كبابى

ابتدا هويج ها را حسابى شسته و با فرچه ترتميز كنيد. هرچه هويج ها ظريف تر و نازك تر باشد بهتر است. من از هويج هاى رنگ و وارنگ استفاده كردم ولى از هويج فقط نارنجى هم مى توان استفاده نمود!
كف سينى فر را با كاغذ روغنى پوشانده و هويج را پخش كرده روى آنها كمى نمك و فلفل و پودر سير يا سيرتازه ، سركه بالزاميك مى ريزيم. سپس چند برش ليمو و روغن زيتون روى آنها ريخته و در فر با حرارت ١٨٠ درجه به مدت ٢٠ تا ٣٠ دقيقه قرار مى دهيم ! نوش جان

 

خواص هويج:
هویج منبع غنی بتاکاروتن می باشد. بتا کاروتن مسئول رنگ نارنجی هویج است.
بتا کاروتن پیش ساز ویتامین A است، یعنی در بدن تبدیل به ویتامین A می شود.
ویتامین A برای تقویت سیستم ایمنی، محافظت از پوست، ریه، لوله گوارشی و همچنین در رشد سلول ها و تولید مثل حائز اهمیت است.
بتا کاروتن، یک آنتی اکسیدان است و بیماری های ناشی از پیری را کاهش می دهد.

هویج به جز بتا کاروتن دارای فیتوکمیکال نیز است. این ماده به همراه فیبر محلول و دیگر مواد مغذی موجود در هویج فواید زیادی را به ما ارزانی می دارد.
این فواید شامل: جلوگیری از پیر شدن، محافظت بدن در مقابل بیماری ها، جلوگیری از آب مروارید، جلوگیری از پوکی استخوان و همچنین جلوگیری از عفونت مجاری ادراری است.
