روش تهيه ماهى سالمون به همراه مارچوبه

براى تهيه ابتدا فر را در دماى ٢٠٠ درجه گرم كنيد. سپس به تعداد نفرات يك تكه ماهى كنار بگذاريد . سپس دو لايه فويل آلمينيومى متناسب با سايز فيله ماهى قرار داده و لايه اول يك رديف مارچوبه بچينيد . سپس روى آن مقاديرى سير تازه خرد شده و يا پودر سير و نمك و فلفل بريزيد . لايه بعدى فيله ماهى را قرارداده و با سير و نمك و فلفل يا در صورت تمايل روغن زيتون مزه دار كنيد . سپس روى ماهى برش هاى ليمو و مقاديرى شويد تازه براى عطر و مزه بهتر قرار دهيد . در انتها اطراف فويل را جمع كرده جورى كه درز نداشته باشد و به مدت نيم ساعت در فر قرار دهيد. پس از پخت فويل را باز كرده و با سالاد و برنج قهوه اى سرو كنيد? نوش جان
