براى تهيه اين كيك فنجونى نياز به يك عدد موز كوچك خيلى رسيده له شده داريد ، و يك عدد تخم مرغ و ١ تا ٢ قاشق پودر كاكائو خالص

تمام مواد بالا را داخل غذاساز يا بلندر يا مخلوط كن بريزيد و حسابى چند دقيقه ميكس كنيد تا مايه نرم و لطيفى حاصل شود! فكر هم زدن با دست را از سرتون بيرون كنيد كه اصلا به درد بافت اين كيك نمى خوره و نتيجه خوبى نداره!?

سپس مايه حاصل شده را در ماگ يا ليوان دلخواه ريخته و به مدت ١ دقيقه در ماكروفر قرار دهيد ! زمان قرار دادن كيك بستگى به نوع و قدرت ماكروفر داره! بنابرين بالا سرش وايسيد چشم ازش برنداريد به محض پف كردن و بالا آمادن آمادست!

نكته ١ : اين كيك را در فر هم مى توانيد قرار دهيد براى مدت ١٠ تا ١٥ دقيقه با حرارت ١٨٠ درجه .

نكته ٢ : براى سرو كيك مى توانيد رويش مقاديرى عسل يا كره بادام زمينى يا توت فرنگى بريزيد و نوش جان كنيد!??
