روش تهيه فريتاتاى اسفناج و پنير

فریتاتا یک غذای سنتی ایتالیایی با پایۀ تخم‌مرغ می‌باشد که شباهت‌های زیادی با املت داشته و به طور سنتی با مخلفاتی چون گوشت، پنیر، سبزيجات پر می‌شده است.
براى تهيه نياز به چهار پنج تا تخم مرغ داريد كه با نصف پيمانه شير مخلوط كرده و با همزن حسابى مى زنيد تا كف و پف كند. سپس يك عالمه اسفناج را خورد كرده در صورت تمايل يكم تفت دهيد تا حجمش كم شود. سپس اسفناج را با پنير كم نمك ريز شده در هرمدل دلخواه و فلفل به تخم مرغ ها اضافه مى كنيم و داخل قالب يا ظرف گودى كه كف آن چرب شده مى ريزيم. سپس به مدت بيست دقيقه در فر قرار مى دهيم با حرارت ١٨٠ درجه از بالا و پايين. پس از آماده شدن به تكه هاى مساوى تقسيم كنيد.فريتاتاى خوشمزه را در هر وعده صبحانه ، ناهار يا شام مى توانيد نوش جان كنيد به همراه سالاد

پ.ن١ : براى دادن تنوع مى توانيد انواع و اقسام سبزيجات دلخواه را به فريتاتا اضافه كنيد و لذت ببريد

پ.ن٢ : اگر فر نداشتيد از ماهيتابه دو طرفه يا معمولى مانند كوكو هم مى توانيد طبخ كنيد
