براى تهيه اين دسر شكلاتى رژيمى فوق خوشمزه ى مطبوع ! به مواد زير نياز داريد :
آرد برنج قهوه اى (جايگزين آرد برنج معمولى!) ٣ ق غ سرپر
پودر تخم كتان ١ ق غ
جنين گندم (جايگزين سبوس) ١ ق غ
شير بادام (جايگزين شير معمولى!)
شيره افرا( جايگزين شيره خرما يا استويا يا عسل)
پودر كاكائو خالص ٢ ق غ
پودر نارگيل ١ ق چ
موز له شده ١ عدد
تكه هاى شكلات تلخ ١ ق غ

تمام مواد بالا را به ترتيب ويديو باهم در قابلمه روى گاز تركيب كنيد و مرتب هم بزنيد تا مايع نرم و يكدستى حاصل شود. اگر مواد سفت شد مى توانيد آب جوش به ميزان لازم بهش اضافه كنيد . اين دسر بستگى به ذاعقه شما هم در حالت سرد و هم گرم خوشمزه و خواستنى مى باشد!
من مدل سرد دوست داشتم چند ساعت در يخچال قراردادم!
