خورشت باميه هلثى با سينه مرغ

راي تهيه از روغن و نمك استفاده نكردم ? ابتدا پياز و سير و سينه مرغ را به همراه زعفران و انواع ادويه كمي تفت دادم و به مدت نيم ساعت پختم . سپس در پنج تا ده دقيقه آخر كدو ، هويج ، نخود فرنگي و باميه هاي عزيز جان را اضافه كردم تا كمي بپزند و طعمشان با خورشت ادغام شود . براي سس روي مواد از يك عالمه آبليمو و رب و آب گوجه با كلي زعفران و صد مدل ادويه و آب جوش تركيب كردم ريختم روي كل مواد با حرارت ملايم پختن ? اين خورشت سالم را به همراه كينوا يا برنج قهوه اي مي توان سرو كرد و يك وعده سالم و خوشمزه داشت

A وC است. همچنین منبع خوبی از ویتامین های گروهB ، منیزیوم، پتاسیم و فیبر غذایی می باشد.
