:روش پخت
ابتدا بروكلى ها را شسته و ريز ريز كرده و داخل ماكروفر براى دو تا سه دقيقه قرار مى دهيم تا بخارپز شود? سپس سه تا سفيده تخم مرغ و اگر دوست داريد يكيش با زرده را با همزن حسابى مى زنيد تا پف كند? سپس بروكلى هاى پخته را داخل تخم مرغ زده شده مخلوط كرده نمك دريا يا نمك صورتى و فلفل و چيلى به ميزان لازم مى زنيم ? سپس كف تابه را با كمى روغن نارگيل چرب كرده و مواد را ريخته ، در ظرف را گذاشته تا با حرارت ملايم بپزد? سپس در صورت تمايل كوكو را به تكه هاى مساوى تقسيم كرده و برمى گردانيم تا دو طرف برشته شود? نوش جان
